That dream will certainly come true in our apartment in the neighboring adventurous village of Aldeia das Dez. We rent this apartment for people who are looking for a nice location in the nature reserve of Serra Estrela in Portugal.

Appartement

The apartment is located on a sandy path in a placid area outside the village Aldeia das dez at about 600 meters high. If you look outside you can see the beautiful view over the valley of the river Alva. In the nearby village, you will find all supply nessecary food. Oliveira do Hospital is about 20 minutes away we you can find the popular supermarkets such as Lidl, Continente, Pingo Doce and Intermarche, where you can supply necessary food and do your shopping.

The nature reserve offers many opportunities for walking and cycling, but not only that. There is much to do in Serra Estrela. The exciting activities consist on visiting river beaches, canoeing, paragliding, or tasting delicious food in our exquisite restaurants. But wait, there is also more than that. While visiting the old villages and churches, you’ll make great cultural discoveries. For that, we recommend you to visit the slate village of Piódão.
